Acceptable Use Policy
This policy protects customers, networks and the public from unlawful, abusive or disruptive use of HostUrServer services.
Effective 14 September 2026Prohibited activity
Services must not be used for unlawful content or conduct, malware, phishing, credential theft, fraud, harassment, exploitation, unauthorised access, denial-of-service activity, spam, deceptive messaging, rights infringement, or evasion of sanctions or legal restrictions.
Network and resource abuse
You must not interfere with other users, scan or attack systems without permission, operate open relays or proxies for abuse, circumvent limits, or consume resources in a way that threatens platform stability.
Email and messaging
Bulk or automated messages require lawful recipients, accurate sender identity, functioning unsubscribe controls and compliance with applicable marketing laws. Purchased, scraped or harvested lists are prohibited.
Security obligations
Customers must maintain secure credentials, supported software and reasonable safeguards. Compromised systems must be remediated promptly and may be isolated while risk remains.
Reports and enforcement
Abuse reports may be submitted through our secure contact form. We may investigate, request remediation, restrict traffic, suspend services or preserve information where proportionate to the risk and required by law.
Fair process
Where circumstances allow, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct a breach. Immediate action may be necessary for serious illegality, active compromise or material risk to others.
